Accounts: Misunderstandings with the accounts.

·       Visit them while we are in Italy next week.

VISIT TO UNIFLEX: negotiate a lower price.
Louis: Hi Mr. Peter, How are you today?
Peter: I’m fine, thanks. And you?
Louis: Not bad. I need to talk to you about the last order; Look UNIPLEX is offering us the same items and they have a price 7 ½ % lower than yours. What do you suggest?
Peter: Let me see… I could offer you 8% less than they.
Louis: Ok, because you are our long time supplier, and we know your company and your products.
Peter: Ok.






VISIT TO UNIFLEX:

Louis: Hi Mr. Garon, May I talk to you?
Garon: Of course Mr. Louis, come in.
Louis: I have to say something… but there’s been a misunderstanding with the orders and I need to cancel it. I’m really sorry.
Garon: Are you sure Mr. Louis?
Louis: Yes, sure.
Garon: Ok. Just you will have to pay a 10% commission for the order is canceled, ok?
Louis: It´s ok.
Garon: If you need something to us again don’t doubt to call us.
Louis: Ok, sure, not problem.

Problems with the order

As you most know, I wasn’t in my office place so we had some misunderstandings with the order, according to my assignment to Max, Uniflex, but it was made to Uniplex.
I want to know to you that the problem has been solved, we negotiated a lower price with UNIFLEX and they accepted.

VIDEO NUM.8 “DEALING WITH PROBLEMS”
This video was about a photocopier machine trouble. The customer asks to replace it for a new one.
The company is agreeing with the change, but something happens and a one’s mistake is a company issue. The man of service customer who made the arrangement with the client said to him that the company will going to replace the machine for a new one, but he didn’t know that wasn’t any machine in stock, so he called to the customer and explain it everything, and I think that happened because of bad communication.

VIDEO NUM.9 “VISITS AND TRAVEL”
In this video a Madame arrives at the hotel and asks for her reservation and didn´t exist any room to her name, and the whole hotel was busy because of a conference, so she dsdidn’t have any place in mind to stay.
Then in the same hotel arrives a friend and he gives to her a new one… he changed her room to a suite room but in a wrong date.
That was awfully, and this example happens many times and everywhere.

VIDEO NUM.10 “MARKETING”
Swatch is a watch lieder company that has a one of the best marketing around the world.
In that company always is trying to innovate the watches… they have a very good marketing like advertisement designs.
The company has a watch for every personality, mentality and lifestyle; also they are watches to ages 9 to 90 years.
Swatch is a very knows brand in the world, and they almost always surprise to the people.
